Fairmont Dubai Hotel

we had an incredible experience at the Fairmont. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with options available until 11:30am. comfortable rooms cleaned daily, with complimentary water provided. the pools, one for sunrise and one for sunset, were amazing and never too crowded. the concierge, especially kiran, was exceptionally helpful, aiding with taxis and offering great tips on activities. we also enjoyed a lovely sushi night at the hotel's restaurant.

I love the location and the awesome facilities. The breakfast was top-notch and my wife enjoyed it every morning. The spa and wellness center was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing in the city 🌿. While the overall experience was great, the only downer was some late-night noise from a neighboring party that went on for a bit too long.

Staying at this hotel was a luxury experience. the exclusive amenities provided, such as the spa center and swimming pool, were impressive. the service from the staff was attentive and exceptional. the location was perfect, being close to public transport and entertainment facilities. In-room breakfast and poolside snack bar were also exceptional.

One minor issue was that the room was slightly dated in terms of decor. this was offset by the exceptional service and facilities.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides professional meeting facilities supported by a comprehensive array of services and state-of-the-art equipment. The flexible meeting rooms with natural light were ideal for showcasing our products and conducting meetings.

One service that I missed for my work was a more personalized and efficient room service for business needs, such as quick document printing and courier services.

the room was spotless - easy access to the metro, and awesome bed. the staff went above and beyond - especially franklin at breakfast. fairmont gold lounge was a great perk for early check-in and late check-out.

The sensory experience at one of the dining and drinking options was a delightful surprise. As I entered the bar, I was invited to discover my signature cocktail by finding my favorite elements of a world-renowned perfume. It felt like a treasure hunt for a delicious reward.

The hotel's location next to the World Trade Centre and Metro station was incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. the staff, especially individuals like Abdul and Sharok, were extremely friendly and accommodating. However, the breakfast experience fell short in terms of quality and waiting times, needing improvement.

I had an amazing stay with exceptional staff. the spa & wellness facilities were top-notch and I felt truly pampered. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! Photos don't do justice to the luxurious experience.

My check-in was a bit delayed, but the vibrant atmosphere made up for it. Some morning noise outside the room, but Dubai's energy still sparkled through.

We had a blast partying at CODA - the live music and acrobatic shows were epic. The location near Mall of the Emirates was sick; we hit the slopes at Ski Dubai and shopped like crazy. The Italian fashion shows were boujee AF and added extra glam to our trip.

Only thing missing for us party animals was more late-night events with trendy DJs playing the latest beats.

The stay at Fairmont Dubai was a truly memorable one, with remarkable amenities and an ideal location on Sheikh Zayed Road. The staff, especially Gharam el Nagar, provided exceptional service that made me feel valued and at ease, enhancing my overall experience. Despite some hiccups with the check-in process, the spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi offered relaxation and rejuvenation. Exploring nearby landmarks like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek with my family created lasting memories and strengthened our bond.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay! the staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic experience. They make you feel right at home. the rooms are clean and comfy, with amazing views. the shisha lounge is a great spot to relax. the location is convenient to everything you need, from restaurants to parks.

One thing that could be improved is the noise from nearby clubs, but it's not a deal-breaker. Maybe enhancing soundproofing could help guests have a more peaceful stay.

The hotel's exclusive events were simply unmissable, guaranteeing unforgettable evenings that seamlessly transitioned into memorable mornings.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great WiFi and coffee facilities. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions. the breakfasts were delicious and the staff were really good too ensure a pleasant dining experience.

The service at the reception was disappointing. The receptionist, Mabelle, was rude and inconsiderate.

At my first stay, the staff kindly helped with bags. This place suits me perfectly, offering Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, a pool, spa. With the convenience of parking, storage, and security, I always return for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing stay in this hotel with awesome service. The staff, especially Adonis, Mylie, and Beth, were exceptional. Although the water pressure was a bit weak, the hotel's modern design and great atmosphere made up for it. Will surely return!

Excellent location, helpful staff and great amenities. The hotel were very good too accommodate our early check-in request and even offered us breakfast. a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

The location was perfect as it was very close to the metro station and the World Trade Centre. We also loved that there was a cafe to the side of the foyer , made grabbing a quick bite very convenient. The hotel facilities were great, the room was very clean, and the staff were helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, delicious and had a good variety of options.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Fairmont. From the moment we entered the hotel, the beautiful decorations and pleasant aroma made us feel welcome. the modern style and interior design, along with the lovely lighting, added to the overall ambiance. the staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist us. A special mention to Mr Yousef at the front desk, who provided outstanding service with a smile and was always helpful and welcoming. the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the cleaning was top-notch.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with a great location near restaurants and clubs. Friendly and helpful staff who upgraded our room on arrival. Memorable stunning views from our junior suite on the 29th floor which made our stay especially wonderful. Good buffet breakfast with an active and helpful staff, and beautiful ambience in the lobby lounge. The Theatre is well worth visiting for a dinner show.

Wow, Fairmont Dubai has it all - pools, fancy dining options, a spa, and even a sports bar! The theatre shows are a unique experience and I loved the neon lights at the legendary bar. So much to explore!
